Returns
The Harbour Gift offers a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contract@theharbourgift.shop. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Method
You may send your return to us by mail using the provided return shipping label.
Return Shipping Label
- Defective or damaged products: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for these items.
- Customer remorse (buyer’s remorse or change of mind): The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Fees and Conditions
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue, including providing free return shipping.
- Customer Remorse: Returns due to buyer’s remorse or ordering mistakes require the customer to cover the actual cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee for returned products due to customer remorse.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the unwanted product following our return process and place a separate order for the replacement item to ensure prompt processing.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will process a refund or replacement as applicable. Please note that bank or credit card refunds may take some time to appear on your statement.
