Important Information

  • Order Submission Deadline: Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
  • Norway Orders Cut-off: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Central European Time) on business days (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Processing Time: 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday). Processing may take longer during peak periods.
  • Estimated Delivery: 5–9 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location and courier schedules.
  • Shipping Cost: All orders ships free.

Shipping Partners
We ship using trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. These include UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The specific carrier will be selected automatically based on your location and the delivery method chosen at checkout.

Order Handling & Dispatch
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve started preparing it. Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business days. Once your package is on its way, we’ll send a tracking email so you can monitor its progress in real-time.

Delivery Timeline
Most deliveries reach customers within 5–9 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that transit times may vary due to courier operations, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Address Changes
Before Dispatch: You may request an address change within 6 hours of placing your order by contacting us at contract@theharbourgift.shop.
After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, changing the address is not possible. Please contact your local carrier for any redirect options available.

Order Cancellations
Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days and check your tracking information. If your parcel still hasn’t arrived after this period, contact us with your order number, and we will investigate promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take clear photos and email them to contract@theharbourgift.shop. We will ensure a replacement or the correct item is sent quickly.

Order Cancellations
Orders can usually be cancelled before processing begins. Contact us promptly at contract@theharbourgift.shop to request a cancellation. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return process must be followed after delivery.
